Our company is expanding its suite of Improvement Apps, which focus on healthcare analytics and process improvement solutions. These products help manage health system populations, provide better care at the point of need, reduce costs, and minimize clinician workload.

As a Software Development Engineer, you will work with diverse Improvement Apps, designing, developing, and maintaining various platforms that serve internal team members, clinicians, and patients. You will rely on Test-Driven Development to ensure safe enhancements and refactoring, shipping production code multiple times per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports on patient engagement.
  • Contribute to database design and implementation, data collection systems, and strategies optimizing statistical analysis and data quality used in ML/AI services.
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary sources, extract datasets from relational databases, and maintain databases/data systems incorporated into our data products.
  • Filter and clean data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of C#/.Net/ Angular / Microservices/ DS&A.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and architecture patterns, preferably Azure or AWS.
  • Software development experience within healthcare IT, understanding key data models and interoperability standards.
  • Agile/Scrum software development practices.
