Procurement Manager - Indirect Procurement Job Description

Job Role:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Manager - Indirect Procurement at Aimlay Pvt Ltd. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing procurement processes.

  • Evaluating Suppliers: Identify and qualify new suppliers to meet business needs, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Negotiating Contracts: Develop and implement contract strategies to optimize cost savings, improve supplier relationships, and ensure effective communication.
  • Managing Procurement Processes: Oversee end-to-end procurement processes for indirect categories (e.g., IT, office supplies, consulting services, facilities, HR, marketing), including RFPs, RFQs, and supplier selection processes.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing procurement processes, developing sourcing strategies, and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement management, preferably in a similar industry or field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
