  • Experience: 6-9 years of relevant work experience in a technical support or IT specialist role.
  • Skillset: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++; strong knowledge of networking protocols and configurations (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP); experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud); familiarity with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL); ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively; excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
