Responsibilities:


  • Adhere to technical standards and strategies, ensuring quality and consistency of team deliverables.
  • Lead all project activities, creating and managing execution and integration of plans.
  • Develop approaches and plans to solve technical issues and resolve complex problems.
  • Makes presentations customized to the interests of the audience and/or provides technical training and mentoring to less experienced team members.
  • Assists in establishing and maintaining a strong partnership with business partners and manages expectations.
  • Proactively and appropriately communicates to managerial and technical leadership on project and operational issues.


Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in SQL, data analytics, and SAP MDG, with a strong background in data architecture and analytics. They will also have experience in agile frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, and a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field. Additionally, they will have a proven track record of developing and implementing innovative data solutions, with a strong understanding of PepsiCo's business and processes.
