Business Transformation Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading significant business process transformation projects, organizational change initiatives, and operating model improvements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Business Process Transformation Projects: Develop and implement process improvement strategies, optimize workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Drive Organizational Change: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement changes that drive business value and improve processes.
  • Analyze and Improve Operating Models: Conduct thorough analysis of existing operating models and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop Capability Development Programs: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 7 years of experience in leading significant business process transformation projects, organizational change initiatives, and operating model improvements.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions in regulated environments, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
