Job Summary

A Network Security Process Engineer is required to help us strengthen our network security processes.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Security Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network security processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain network security policies and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate potential security threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective security practices are in place.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and industry standards.
  • Document and visualize processes using standard notations (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts, swimlanes).

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1–3 years of experience in process engineering, IT service management, or a related operational improvement role.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with an eye for detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with IT and network security concepts (e.g., firewalls, VPNs, proxies, NAC, endpoint security).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset with enthusiasm for process optimization and operational excellence.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management) and other IT service management practices.
  • Certifications in IT Security Standards (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, etc.) and Process Frameworks (ITIL, Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.
  • International working experience is considered an advantage.
