Backend Systems Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Backend Systems Engineer to drive the technical direction of our backend systems, lead engineering initiatives, and mentor team members. As a key member of our development team, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure backend solutions.

Job Description:

  • Design and develop backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Architect and implement scalable microservices and robust API designs.
  • Guide the team in adopting best practices in backend development and system architecture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical strategy with business objectives.
  • Drive initiatives in CI/CD, performance optimization, and system reliability.
  • Mentor engineers and lead code reviews to uphold engineering excellence.

Requirements and Expertise:

  • 6+ years of experience in backend development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, API design, and microservices.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Docker, AWS, SQL/NoSQL, DDD (Domain-Driven Design), CI/CD, and AI/ML integration.
