Portfolio Research Analyst

We seek a highly analytical and detail-oriented Portfolio Research Analyst with expertise in portfolio rebalancing and deep knowledge of investment products.

The candidate will analyze client portfolios, support portfolio managers with actionable insights, and ensure alignment with client objectives and risk-return parameters.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct portfolio analysis and rebalancing to optimize asset allocation and manage risk-adjusted returns.
  • Research and due diligence on Mutual Funds, Alternative Investment Funds, and Portfolio Management Services products to support investment recommendations.
  • Monitor and track performance of client portfolios against benchmarks and market trends.
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers to design customized investment strategies.
  • Prepare investment research reports, presentations, and client notes.
  • Support in creating model portfolios and recommending rebalancing strategies based on market movements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Professional certifications preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in portfolio research, wealth management, or investment advisory.
  • Strong understanding of portfolio rebalancing techniques and asset allocation models.
  • In-depth knowledge of Mutual Funds, Alternative Investment Funds, and Portfolio Management Services structures, strategies, and regulatory aspects.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, MS Excel, and analytical tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
