Data Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Integration Specialist with strong expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing data workflows for large-scale data processing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IBM DataStage as the primary ETL tool and solid SQL development skills.


Main Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, and maintain data integration processes primarily using IBM DataStage.
  2. Understand business requirements and translate them into efficient data solutions.
  3. Work with large datasets to ensure data quality, performance tuning, and scalability.
  4. Create complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for data transformation and reporting.
  5. Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve data job failures, performance issues, and data discrepancies.
  7. Maintain compliance with data governance, security, and best practices in data development.
