Urban Robotics Quality Specialist

Our pioneering robotics company has developed intelligent, self-climbing robots for urban use. These robots clean skyscraper windows without human intervention, combining custom hardware, advanced AI, and proprietary software.
We are transitioning from development to large-scale production and require an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance processes. This role involves close collaboration with the hardware, software, and AI teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance.
- Develop and implement quality strategies for hardware and software.
- Oversee testing, validation, inspection, and compliance processes.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and supplier teams.
- Lead, train, and mentor the quality assurance team.
- Drive ISO certifications and regulatory compliance.
Key Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in quality control/assurance, preferably in robotics, automation, or aerospace.
- Strong expertise in both hardware and software quality management.
- Experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and AI-powered systems is advantageous.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Electronics, or related fields.
