We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and maintain our SCCM and Intune environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain large-scale SCCM environments, including single to multi-tier sites.
• Develop and standardize Microsoft SCCM solutions for seamless integration with Intune.
• Maintain Windows 10 image lifecycle, including OS updates, driver updates, application, and settings updates/addition/removal.
• Utilize SCCM to manage adjacent Microsoft services, such as Office365, Adobe, and other third-party catalogs/updates.

1. Maintain managed devices secure by patching Windows 7 and Windows 10 OS-es, Microsoft Office, and monthly third-party applications.
2. Develop and deploy Windows 10 images for new installations and re-imaged devices.

• Detailed knowledge of Inventory Management, Software distribution, Patch Management, and Image Management using SCCM and Intune.
• Excellent working knowledge of SCCM Client management Suit all Levels.
• Able to resolve escalated tasks from Level 2 teams and create custom scripts for gathering inventory from clients.
