Job Role\

The Digital Marketing Associate will join our Marketing team and help diversify into new digital channels, creating standalone profitable channels.

  • \
  • Create campaign objectives\
  • Develop campaign structure\
  • Identify key metrics and set up measurable performance indicators\
  • Set up campaigns on various channels\
  • Analyze campaign performance continuously, identifying opportunities to improve performance\
\
Key Responsibilities:\
  1. \
  2. Manage digital marketing budgets\
  3. Scale channels from scratch\
  4. Achieve positive ROI for all channels\
\

We seek candidates with:

  • \
  • Approximately two years of experience in performance marketing channels within a performance marketing agency\
  • Familiarity with app marketing, particularly performance marketing channels of apps\
  • A good understanding of CPAs in US and European markets\
  • Hands-on experience with Apple Search Ads, Google UAC, Meta channels from setup to optimization to performance analysis\
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and facilitate communication across departments and the marketing team\
