- Team Oversight: Lead and manage teams, fostering effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic Insights: Provide expertise in SAP Embedded Analytics processes and systems, driving continuous improvement.
- CDS View Development: Design and develop advanced data models and analytics within the SAP ecosystem.
- Implementation Expertise: Implement data models that meet business requirements, ensuring high performance and scalability in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent 8-10 years of experience in one or more SAP modules.
- Implementation Experience: At least four full life cycle SAP Embedded Analytics implementations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in developing CDS views, AMDP, SQL scripting, and SAP HANA modelling.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and OData services.
- Architectural Understanding: Strong understanding of SAP HANA architecture, performance tuning, and data management techniques.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication, client management, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Programming and Data Management: Familiarity with ABAP programming and SAP HANA SQL Script.
- Flexibility: Flexible to work in shifts based on project requirements.
