Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager

About the Role

This leadership position is responsible for managing all food and beverage operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The role will oversee the management, training, and development of a team of professionals who are dedicated to providing outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of food and beverage outlet operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and policies.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of food and beverage professionals.
  • Manage guest queries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Monitor and control costs, including food, liquor, and payroll expenses.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
