Job Overview

The company seeks a seasoned Strategic Planning professional to support commercial solutions and create strategic materials for executive meetings.

The role involves driving and steering annual planning cycles, monitoring industry trends, analyzing global reports, and providing market insights based on desk/secondary research.

  • Support the development of strategic plans and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and adapt best practices to inform strategic planning efforts.
  • Provide data-driven strategic recommendations to leadership based on analysis.
  • Actively drive preparation for executive meetings and present business cases, financial projections, and feasibility assessments.
  • Engage in business development and M&A projects by identifying potential targets and supporting due diligence processes.
  • Establish collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to support business operations.
  • Formulate project plans, facilitate team meetings, and ensure adherence to workflow processes.
  • Monitor progress of projects and address risks/concerns.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Master's/MBA degree preferred.
  • 3-7 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or a related field.
  • Exceptional project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Proven communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analysis skills.
  • Advanced data analysis and visualization skills.
  • A passion for continuous learning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
