
Telecaller Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven telecaller fresher to fill this key position. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be sales-oriented, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through outbound calls to promote products or services
- Meet or exceed daily sales targets by consistently delivering high-quality results
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Higher secondary education, diploma, or equivalent qualification
- 0 - 2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities
- Diploma in business administration or a related field
- Previous experience working in a call center or sales role, with a focus on customer engagement and relationship-building
