Job Title: English Instructor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced English instructor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging lessons that cater to different learning styles and interests of students.
  • Ensure all students are learning in a safe and productive environment.
  • Use effective pedagogical styles to suit different aptitudes, learning styles, and interests of students.
  • Administer student assessments and provide feedback to students and parents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and improve teaching practices.
  • Participate in professional development through internal and external courses, seminars, conferences, and events.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Compile, maintain, and ensure confidentiality of school records.
  • Adhere to all school policies and actively implement them.
  • Conduct quarterly stock check of teaching aids.
  • Attend all meetings convened by the principal and coordinators.
  • Liaise and collaborate with resource persons and other staff members.

Qualifications and Skills:
