We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Team Leader to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the culinary team, ensuring seamless execution of menu offerings, and maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation.

• Culinary Leadership: Directs and coaches the culinary team to achieve high-quality food production, efficient kitchen operations, and exceptional customer service.
• Menu Execution: Ensures accurate execution of menus, recipes, and portion control to maintain consistency and quality.
• Team Management: Oversees the culinary team's performance, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure optimal performance and employee satisfaction.
• Kitchen Operations: Coordinates and supervises all kitchen activities, including food preparation, plating, and presentation.
• Quality Control: Maintains high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensures that customers receive exceptional dining experiences, responding promptly to feedback and concerns.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior culinary role is required, along with a culinary school degree and relevant certifications.
