Lead Producer Role

Job Description:
  • We are seeking an accomplished Lead Producer with expertise in managing shoot production and post-production to join our dynamic team.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully executing campaigns across multiple platforms, driving efficiency, and creative excellence.

This is a high-profile role that requires strong leadership skills, the ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate and plan projects from brief to delivery, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
  • Oversee all aspects of project management, including coordinating development and delivery among various stakeholders, prioritizing workload, and managing risk.
  • Promote effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, clients, and partners.
  • Manage budgets, costs, and timelines while maintaining a results-focused approach.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering growth and development within the organization.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in managing shoot production and post-production in a Creative, Events, or Production Agency.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record in executing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong understanding of current trends and events in new media and technology.
