Job Opportunity

Develop high-performance digital signal processing (DSP) architectures that meet customer requirements.

  • Project manage the development process from concept to delivery, ensuring timely completion and effective risk management.
  • Partition algorithms for efficient implementation in FPGA and/or software, identifying reusable building blocks and signal processing functions.
  • Provide detailed estimates on FPGA resources, computation bandwidth, and memory bandwidth to support project planning.
  • Design and develop module-level details from architecture, coding, simulation, and peer review.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design documents with thorough analysis reports.
  • Collaborate with customers during integration phases and provide ongoing production support.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define functional architecture for RTL components.
  • Implement HDL languages for coding.
  • Validate designs through simulation and implementation.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging on board.
Professional Skills
  • Expertise in VHDL programming.
  • Proficiency in Xilinx tools for synthesis and implementation.
  • Thorough understanding of Xilinx FPGAs and their applications.
  • Functional simulation expertise.
  • Strong background in hardware design, including logic design and debugging.
  • Experience with FPGA design, including VHDL/Verilog RTL coding and System C/System Verilog.
  • Proficiency in FPGA synthesis and PAR tools.
  • Implementation of DSP algorithms in FPGA environments for Radar and Electronic Warfare systems.
  • Modeling algorithms in Octave/MATLAB, generating test vectors, and visualizing data.
  • Working knowledge of ADCs and DACs, interpreting their performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with version control tools like SVN.
