Agentic AI Developer

This role is ideal for someone passionate about cutting-edge AI and experienced in working with large language models and agent frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement AI Agents: Utilize frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or OpenAI Agents SDK to create intelligent agents capable of autonomous decision-making, tool usage, and multi-step task execution.
  • Integrate Agents with External Tools: Seamlessly integrate agents with external tools, APIs, and databases to enhance their capabilities.
  • Develop Workflows for Autonomous Task Execution: Design and implement workflows for autonomous task execution and error handling to ensure smooth operation.
  • Optimize Agent Performance: Enhance agent performance through prompt engineering and memory management techniques.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product and engineering teams to align agent capabilities with business goals.
  • Maintain Deployed Agents: Monitor and maintain deployed agents in production environments to ensure their optimal performance.
Requirements:
  • Strong Python Proficiency: Experience working with Python and large language models (LLMs) such as GPT-4, Claude, or Gemini.
  • Familiarity with Agent Frameworks: Understanding of agent frameworks and orchestration tools.
  • API Integration Expertise: Experience integrating APIs, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) technologies.
  • Understanding of Autonomous Systems: Familiarity with autonomous systems, decision trees, and reinforcement learning principles (a plus).
  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
Nice to Have:
  • Cloud Platform Experience: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their applications in AI development.
  • Background in Machine Learning Research: Experience in machine learning or NLP research and its applications in AI development.
