We are seeking a highly skilled Flutter Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to develop and scale modern, high-performance mobile applications.

The ideal candidate is passionate about Clean Architecture, Flutter internals, and scalable state management, and thrives in an environment where code quality and performance are first-class citizens.

  • Develop and maintain robust, efficient, and scalable Flutter applications that meet performance, reliability, and scalability standards.
  • Apply Clean Architecture principles for modular, testable, and maintainable code, ensuring the separation of concerns and promoting reusability.
  • Implement effective state management solutions (Bloc, Riverpod, Cubit, etc.) to manage complex app states and provide a seamless user experience.
  • Optimize rendering, memory usage, and widget build performance to ensure smooth and responsive app behavior.
  • Write comprehensive unit, widget, and integration tests to guarantee code reliability, stability, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in Flutter internals: widget lifecycle, rendering pipeline, isolate model.
  • Familiarity with state management frameworks (Bloc / Cubit / Riverpod).
  • Experience with repository pattern, dependency injection, and layered architecture.
  • CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and performance tuning skills.
