Senior Financial Operations Specialist

The Financial Operations Manager oversees the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and adherence to regulatory and corporate policies. This role is critical for managing monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures, preparing and analyzing financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger and sub-ledgers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage timely and accurate financial data for internal stakeholders, including management reports, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and implement efficient financial processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial planning documents to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue growth, expenses, and profits.
- Design and implement effective internal controls to ensure financial data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across the finance function.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, discipline, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives.
