Job DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic Bidding & Business Development Manager to optimize proposals and select high-value projects.
- Key responsibilities include defining strategies to enhance proposal success rates, leading a bidding team, and driving higher conversion rates.
- The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of proven Upwork bidding experience with a strong track record of closing high-value projects.
- A minimum of 3 members should be managed by the successful applicant in their bidding team.
- Strong understanding of Upwork algorithms, client behaviors, and platform updates is essential.
- Expertise in proposal writing, negotiation, and client communication is required.
- Experience working with international clients (USA, Europe, Middle East, East Asia, Australia) is mandatory.
- Familiarity with software development services (Mobile, Web, CRM, ERP, Odoo, Salesforce, etc.) is necessary.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills to track conversion and performance are expected.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
