Software Development Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Expert to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our digital strategy by designing, building, and maintaining innovative business applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), building automated workflows with Power Automate, including RPA via Power Automate Desktop, creating dashboards and reports in Power BI to support data-driven decision making, integrating solutions with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and Azure (Functions, Logic Apps), leveraging Dataverse and connectors for secure, scalable data integration, collaborating with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions, applying best practices for architecture, governance, and security, providing support, troubleshooting, and documentation for deployed solutions.

Key Skills:
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Problem Solving Ability: Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Data Management Expertise: Strong understanding of data modeling, connectors, and APIs.
  • UI/UX Design Ability: Ability to design user-friendly, responsive interfaces.
  • Governance Knowledge: Familiarity with ALM, environments, and Power Platform licensing.
  • Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills to work across departments.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in software development.
