Dynamic Motion Graphic Designer Role

A motion graphic designer is required to join our creative team, bringing our brand to life through engaging visual storytelling. This role will involve working on various projects across digital campaigns and educational content.

  • The ideal candidate should possess a passion for animation, design, and problem-solving with strong portfolio experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • The designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and video content.
  • They will also create animated videos, explainer videos, GIFs, reels, and promotional content aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Additionally, the designer will edit and enhance video footage with graphics, transitions, sound effects, and typography.
  • Staying updated with the latest design trends, motion design tools, and video formats will be essential in this role.
  • Effective project management skills are necessary to deliver high-quality outputs within given deadlines.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Familiarity with AI Image Generation and Generative AI Tools.
  • A solid understanding of animation principles, typography, and color theory.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a motion graphic designer.
  • Ability to work based in or willing to travel to Prayas Lab at Rabale MIDC.
  • A portfolio demonstrating previous work experience.
