Seeking a skilled technical professional to design and implement scalable workflow automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical fields, experience with workflow automation tools, and a passion for optimizing business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and optimize platforms tailored to client needs across project management, CRM, and service workflows.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable solutions through discovery workshops and collaborative sessions.
  • Build integrations using tools like Zapier, Make, and APIs to connect with third-party platforms (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, Salesforce).
  • Lead training and onboarding sessions for clients, empowering them to adopt platforms as a central platform for cross-team collaboration.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and support teams to ensure smooth implementations and long-term platform adoption.
  • Analyze usage data to refine configurations and proactively recommend enhancements that align with client goals.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with support when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in SaaS implementations.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or similar.
  • Experience with API's.
  • Hands-on experience with including dashboards, automations, formulas, integrations, and custom boards.
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping and solution architecture.
  • Familiarity with apps marketplace and building custom workflows.
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • API Certification.
  • Experience with other project management tools.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools.
