Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ERPNext developer to fill the role of Business Process Solutions Specialist. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in development and a strong understanding of business systems and processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing customized enhancements to the ERPNext platform. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and configuring ERPNext modules to meet business requirements
  • Designing and implementing new features, modules, and workflows in ERPNext
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ERPNext
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
  • Creating and maintaining technical documents for customization and development processes
  • Providing training and support to end-users
Required Skills and Qualifications

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and Frappe framework
  • Experience with MariaDB, MySQL, or both relational databases
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies
  • Knowledge of business processes in area manager and HR
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
