Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Crm Systems Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to leverage your deep functional knowledge of Crm systems, including MS Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and associated platforms, to help clients optimize Sales, Marketing, and Legal processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert-level support and guidance on Crm systems integration
  • Analysing business requirements and translating them into effective solutions
  • Configuring and customizing Crm modules to meet business needs
  • Conducting training sessions for end-users and providing ongoing support
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Crm solutions with other systems

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with business process configuration, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing and validation, end-user training, and troubleshooting and support is highly desirable.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience as a Sr Functional Consultant in Crm systems integration
  • Strong understanding of Crm systems, including MS Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and associated platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
