Job Title: Front-end Developer

Overview:

We're seeking a skilled and innovative front-end developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in building responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using modern front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and React.js.

Main Responsibilities:

Develop visually appealing and high-performance user interfaces for web applications.

Migrate UI/UX design wireframes into functional code using React.js or similar frameworks.

Evaluate cross-browser compatibility and pixel-perfect implementation.

Integrate frontend with backend services through RESTful APIs.

Collaborate closely with designers, product teams, and backend developers for end-to-end development.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Enhance UI performance and manage state effectively.

Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices for front-end development.

Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in front-end technology.

Key Requirements:

Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and React.js.

Familiarity with UI libraries/frameworks like Material-UI.

Good understanding of responsive design, flexbox, grid layout, and media queries.

Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Experience in working with browser developer tools and debugging.

Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and web performance optimization.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Redux, TypeScript is beneficial.

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and frontend build tools like Webpack or Vite.

Fundamental knowledge of UX principles and usability testing.

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA.
