Graphic Designer Role

We are seeking an accomplished Graphic Designer to join our team.

Your primary focus will be on creating captivating visual content that aligns with the company's branding and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop visually appealing designs that meet clients' needs and standards.
  • Create reusable templates and design guidelines that can be easily adapted for future campaigns.
  • Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to improve the quality of creatives.
  • Work closely with account managers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an ad agency or similar environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in key design-related software like Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Excellent eye for aesthetics, strong conceptual skills, and high sense of design, illustration, layout, and typography.
  • Ability to juggle multiple assignments and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok.
  • Previous work on website graphics, branding, motion graphics/animation/video is a plus.
  • A portfolio that proves passion for creating beautiful and engaging visuals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Experience in motion graphics, animation, UI/UX design, or other related areas.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
