Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our data team as a Data Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends and insights that inform business decisions.

About the Role:
  • Develop and maintain accurate and reliable data sets, ensuring integrity and consistency.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify key trends and insights, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Design and implement data visualizations to effectively communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address reporting requirements.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain high-quality data standards, adhering to established guidelines and procedures.
  2. Provide data-driven insights to support strategic business decisions.
  3. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision making.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert in data analysis and interpretation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field from an accredited university.
  • Relevant work experience in data analysis or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Proficient in data visualization tools and techniques, with ability to design effective dashboards and reports.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to assess potential risks and provide solutions.

  • Knowledge of data management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively present findings to diverse audiences.
