Job Title: Flutter Developer

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume the role of Flutter developer, responsible for designing and building cross-platform applications using Flutter with a strong focus on Flutter Web.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and maintain cross-platform applications utilizing Flutter.
  • Implement state management techniques such as Provider for scalable applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver new features and enhancements.
  • Write clean, maintainable and testable code adhering to industry best practices.
  • Debug, troubleshoot and optimize application performance across platforms.
  • Evaluate accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA standards) for web and mobile applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3-4 years of professional experience as a Flutter developer.
  • Proven expertise in Flutter Web development.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Provider for state management.
  • Solid understanding of Flutter architecture, widgets, and rendering pipeline.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON data.
  • Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile workflows.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience building animations and smooth UI transitions in Flutter.
  • Knowledge of Accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1 AA).
  • Familiarity with performance optimization and app lifecycle management.
  • Exposure to other state management approaches (e.g., Riverpod, BLoC, Redux).
