Job Title: Visual Effects Artist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Effects Artist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality 2D character animations, UI animations, and real-time particle effects using Unity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Animation Design: Develop and implement visually appealing and engaging animations that meet the project's requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with game designers, developers, and artists to integrate assets seamlessly into production.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize visual assets for performance across a range of mobile devices.
  • Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior animators and VFX artists, promoting best practices in Unity workflows.
  • Pipeline Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of the internal Unity animation and VFX pipelines.
  • Quality Control: Ensure artistic consistency and technical accuracy across projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Unity, Spine, Photoshop, and After Effects.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Visual Effects or Animation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in version control systems like Git.

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with Illustrator and GitHub.
