Job Title: Customer Success Manager - Inbound ToursAre you a seasoned travel professional with expertise in designing and delivering customized itineraries? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are ever the same?We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our inbound team. As the primary point of contact between international travel partners and on-ground suppliers, you will be responsible for crafting unforgettable experiences for FITs and groups.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to B2B travel queries from international agents, providing accurate costing and creative solutions.
  • Design customized itineraries that exceed client expectations, leveraging your knowledge of India and the Subcontinent.
  • Handle end-to-end bookings with hotels, transport, guides, and other partners, ensuring seamless operations and high client satisfaction.
  • Oversee travel documentation, provide real-time tour support, and maintain proactive follow-ups on payments, confirmations, and client updates.
  • Stay updated on destination trends to deliver innovative solutions and enhance client experiences.
Requirements:
  • 5–9 years of experience in inbound operations, with a strong focus on customer success.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken), with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of India & the Subcontinent, with a passion for cultural immersion and exchange.
