Embedded Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Embedded Systems Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with sensor systems and machine vision.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, prototyping, and troubleshooting sensor systems and machine vision applications. This includes working with laser line profilers, displacement sensors, ultrasonic probes, and cameras.

The specialist will also support hardware selection, design mounts and enclosures that can withstand harsh industrial environments, and integrate systems with DAQ tools, PLCs, and basic OpenCV scripts.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in embedded systems, sensors, or machine vision
  • Knowledge of laser triangulation, ultrasonic NDT, or machine vision systems
  • Ability to design practical mechanical setups (mounts, fixtures, enclosures)
  • Comfortable with Python/OpenCV/DAQ basics and PLC connections
  • Willingness to work in high-heat/industrial environments
  • Based in India, with flexibility to travel for deployments
  • Availability to work ~20 hrs/week (flexible schedule)
