Job Description

As a Senior Graphic Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual solutions that drive business results. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop brand systems, campaigns, and packaging that meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop logos, visual languages, typography stacks, color systems, iconography, and brand guidelines.
  • Craft multi-channel campaign assets with sharp visual hierarchy and on-brand storytelling.
  • Create packaging concepts, dielines, label systems, POSM/merch, and shelf-presence mockups; prep production-ready files.
  • Build client-ready pitch decks and case studies that look as good as they read.
  • Plan and oversee shoots (photo/video), moodboards, styling cues, and reference decks; collaborate with photographers/retouchers.
  • Ensure color accuracy, print specs, bleed, overprint, and imposition are on point; coordinate with vendors for proofing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-4 years in an agency or fast-paced in-house team with a portfolio spanning brand, campaign, packaging, print, and social (web work showcased too).
  • Strong command of Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop; InDesign for long-form/print) and Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping basics).
  • Proven experience preparing print-ready files: color management, bleeds, dielines, emboss/foil/spot UV specs.
  • Solid grasp of typography, layout, composition, and color theory—the classics.
  • Working knowledge of web basics (responsive principles, asset optimization, HTML/CSS constraints).
  • Clear communication and client-facing presentation skills.
