Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation of our Advanced Resource Management Planning (ARMP) solution in our Long Segment operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial demand collection to project closure.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned project manager to join our team and contribute to our organization's mission to build a better world with smarter low-carbon steel. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the implementation of ARMP solution using Project Management approach and technical approach.
  • Coordinating transformation steps of projects: initial demand collection, books of requirements, eventual Request for Proposal, blueprint, realization, cutover plan, training, go-live, project closure, project committees, steering committees, subcontractors' management.
  • Contribution to strategy of PM Domain, participation in 5 years plan including architecture concepts, assessment of transformations handled against current strategy.
  • Management of part of run and maintain activity, contribution to incidents management and progressive maintenance management in domain.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in similar position.
  • Experience/knowledge of general industry or steel market/products/production process is an advantage.
  • SAP customizing in SAP PM module.
  • ABAP skills are a plus (Debugging).
  • Deep business processes knowledge of Plant Maintenance activity. Business experience in area is a plus.
