Job Title: Murex Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Murex tester with a strong understanding of Murex architecture and workflows to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Murex modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automated test scripts for Murex Front Office, Back Office, Risk, Interfaces, and other modules.
  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing using automation tools.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and support teams to understand requirements and validate system behavior.
  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks to ensure reusability, maintainability, and scalability of scripts.
  • Track defects, log issues, and retest in coordination with development teams.
  • Participate in test planning, test case design, and test execution cycles.
  • Ensure compliance with testing standards and best practices.
  • Provide regular status updates and test progress reports.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of overall experience in Murex testing.
  • Hands-on experience with Murex automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of Murex architecture and workflows.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java or Python for automation.
  • Experience with test management tools like JIRA or ALM.
  • Knowledge of SQL and ability to write complex queries for test data validation.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
