Log Management Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Log Management Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing and implementing log management solutions for clients, configuring and maintaining the Cribl LogStream platform, and providing technical support to clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement log management solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain the Cribl LogStream platform for clients.
  • Provide technical support to clients and internal teams, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to log management.
  • Develop custom plugins and scripts to extend the capabilities of the Cribl platform.
  • Work with clients to identify opportunities to expand Cribl use cases for additional teams and functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's and/or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in log management, data processing, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of the Cribl LogStream and Cribl Edge platform, preferably with Cribl Certification.
  • Proven experience in configuring, deploying, and maintaining the Cribl LogStream platform.
  • Experience with log management, data processing, and data analytics.
  • Strong scripting and programming skills, such as Python and JavaScript.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
