Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Hospitality Leader to manage our restaurant operations in Dindigul. This is a full-time employment opportunity at Kukulkan Manpower Consultancy.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• A minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a Captain in the hospitality industry
• In-depth knowledge of Hotel Management and Restaurant Operations
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to manage restaurant activities, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional service delivery
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations in Dindigul, Palani, and Madurai
• Supervise and train staff members to deliver high-quality services
• Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and provide excellent customer service

Compensation Package:

• Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month
• Free food and accommodation provided
