Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership:
    • Design scalable healthcare claims processing systems and lead system design reviews
    • Ensure system reliability, performance, and security standards meet compliance requirements
    • Drive technical strategy for claims adjudication, provider networks, and member management systems
  • People Management:
    • Build and mentor software engineers across multiple product areas
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence
    • Recruit top talent and build diverse, inclusive teams
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with Product, Data, and Operations teams on feature planning and delivery
    • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
    • Drive engineering best practices and code quality
