Job Opportunity

This is a remote position where you can gain hands-on experience in UI/UX design. As a student or recent grad, you will be working on real-world projects under the guidance of experienced designers and engineers. The role is perfect for someone who wants to learn directly from our team while contributing to products that people use.

Responsibilities

* Assist with research by conducting interviews and surveys.
* Translate ideas into tangible designs through creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for new features.
* Develop intuitive and beautiful interfaces for both web and mobile applications.
* Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are implemented correctly and effectively.
* Participate in design critiques - we openly share feedback, and you will be expected to provide your perspective.
* Contribute to maintaining and expanding our design system and component library.

Requirements

* Currently studying or recently graduated with a degree in a relevant field.
* A portfolio that demonstrates your design process and projects clearly, showcasing a solid grasp of core UI/UX design principles and best practices. Familiarity with common design tools like Figma is essential.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with others are crucial. Nice-to-Have Skills include proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG), and inclusive design principles.
