Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

This role plays a key part in driving Customer Experience improvements across Amazon Pay.

The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can work independently, identify business needs and transform them into actionable insights that drive CX.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with program managers to identify defects/gaps in customer experience
  • Analyze existing data sets to identify top customer trust busters
  • Closely work with product owners across APay to set up mechanisms and achieve CX goals
  • Share customer anecdotes through multiple channels like contact mining/heartbeat dashboards/tableau dashboards etc.
  • Participate and shape program development by employing technical skills
  • Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions
  • Ensure data accuracy by validating data for new and existing tools
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously
  • High attention to details and superior communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments that encourage collaborative and creative problem-solving
  • Constructive critique of peer research and extraction/manipulation of data across various data marts
