SAP GTS Operations Specialist

\

The role of an SAP GTS operations specialist is to oversee the efficient functioning of SAP Global Trade Services. This includes managing and maintaining configurations, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and implementing sanction screening processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • \
  • Providing strong support in engagement, development, and upgrades in a scrum setup.\
  • Implementing RICEF & Z Enhancements as per business requirements.\
  • Managing and maintaining configurations.\
  • Document and item category mapping in the GTS system.\
  • Creating new legal regulations and activating new license statuses.\
  • Configuring new license types and issuing authorities for licenses.\
  • Possessing SAP GTS certification (preferred but not mandatory).\
  • Holding a bachelor's degree or master's degree.\
  • A good understanding of business processes and strong work experience in GTS.\
  • Experience in legal regulations, compliance, and sanction screening processes.\
  • Worked on support engagement, developments in scrum setup, upgrade, and rollouts.\
  • RICEF & Z Enhancements as per the business requirements.\
  • Managing and maintaining configurations.\
  • Document & Item category Mapping in GTS system.\
  • Creating new Legal Regulation & Activate new License status.\
  • Configuration of new License type & Configuration of new Issuing authority for License type.\
