Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Automobile Service Expert to join our team at 2coms.

As an Automobile Service Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our Experience Centres.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Handling: Receive customers with a smile, greet them politely, and capture VOC (Voice of Customer) in the system.
  • Diagnosis: Analyze and diagnose scooters to identify repairs required, update diagnosis reports in WMS (Getafix), and perform repairs.
  • System Handling: Track customer complaints in Zendesk, operate Workshop Management System (Getafix), and update operational status and ETA on timely basis.
Requirements:
  • Only male candidates.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass/diploma/ITI/graduation/post-graduation.
  • Minimum experience: 1 year in the automobile industry in the service sector.
Salary and Benefits:

Up to ₹2.76 LPA CTC including PF + ESIC.
