Technical Project Lead

About the Role:

The Technical Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing complex technical projects from initiation to delivery.

This role requires strong leadership, project management, and technical skills to drive success.

  • Manage project teams, define project scope, create timelines, allocate resources, and monitor project progress to meet delivery milestones.

You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs.

Your expertise in software development processes, methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), and tools will ensure successful project execution.

We seek a skilled professional with experience in cloud architecture and technology, application/front-end stack, middle-layer, backend stack, and data ingestion to dashboards.

You will work closely with principal engineers to deliver best-in-class products and solutions to customers.

On your first day, we expect you to have:

  • 6+ yrs of relevant experience in project management, with at least 5+ years in a technical or IT-focused environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Strong understanding of system architectures, software engineering, and infrastructure.
  • Ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Familiarity with development platforms and technologies such as cloud platforms, databases, and APIs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello).
