Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a multifaceted team of web developers and project managers to drive strategic goals.
  • Develop, architect, and maintain scalable web applications utilizing PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, CodeIgniter) and WordPress.
  • Ensure seamless project execution — from requirement gathering to delivery — adhering to quality, timeliness, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Implement best practices in coding, architecture, and project management.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and performance evaluations for the development team.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in web development with a strong focus on PHP and WordPress.
  • Proven experience in leading web development teams and managing complex projects.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is highly desirable.
  • Expertise in one or more PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter).
  • In-depth knowledge of WordPress (custom themes, plugins, multisite, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
  • Hands-on experience with version control tools (Git), deployment tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of web development principles, including scalability, security, and user experience. They will be able to lead a team of developers and manage complex projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery aligned with business goals.
