We are seeking an exceptional sports journalist to join our team. As a key member of our editorial department, you will have the opportunity to cover some of the most exciting games in America.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in English, Media/ Journalism, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in sports writing, news content, or similar roles.
  • The ability to create captivating content that covers breaking news, emerging trends, and rich features.
  • A deep passion for sports, staying up-to-date on live events, team news, and the latest trends.
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), especially WordPress, is a plus.

As a Sports Journalist

  • You'll be responsible for writing six high-quality articles daily, adhering to strict standards.
  • You'll work six days a week, synchronizing with our US audience schedule to ensure timely and relevant content.
  • Every article will be thoroughly researched, factually accurate, and designed to engage readers from the start.
  • You'll collaborate with the editorial team to maintain quality and brainstorm innovative ideas with the content team to keep fans engaged and excited.
  • We want you to delve into what drives our audience – understanding their love for the game and creating content that resonates directly with that passion.
  • Timeliness is crucial, so you'll prioritize breaking news and ensure our fans stay ahead with the latest updates.
