About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Business Process Automation department. The Senior Automation Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced automation solutions to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise and a proven track record in automation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Automation Projects: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex automation projects.
  • Design and Develop Solutions: Create and implement advanced automation systems and processes to streamline operations.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and define solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and Maintain Systems: Identify and resolve issues with automation systems.
  • Document Processes: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation processes and system configurations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in an automation role.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with automation tools and technologies such as RPA, cloud platforms, and programming languages.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team Mentoring: Skilled at team mentorship and coaching.
